RTTS Stat earnings shorted?

Is it me or amongst the many issues with the game is anyone else experiencing a short of experience? For example when the nice bright green progress shows for attribute experience you gained it reflects barely a notch at times when you look at the bar. Along with that I can barely progress on the new Program tasks because it's not being counted with all these server issues. Also what's the point of giving you a chance to select your "loadout" when advancing to next game if default is going to be the one you end up with going into next game anyway? What is the response for this? I'm beyond frustrated wasting my time and effort in a game that is unacceptably broken in too many areas. I wish I never pre-ordered this game and waited.. Was this not tested? "The game has changed" is a perfect slogan and it isn't for the better thats for sure.
