Direct link doesn't work either unfortunately, still getting the 504 gateway-timeout.

I tried an incognito window and it loaded ok for me. Tried signing in through PSN and it gets to the Sony authentication. As soon as I'm authenticated and back on the mlb21 site, I get the 504 again.

500 errors are server-side errors. It won't matter what browser you use. The issue is on SDS right now.

Yup, none of the other browsers worked, was worth a shot. Definitely on the server-side

Back on, performance-wise it's the same as yesterday. Very slow, generally functional with periodic error pages/connection issues. Look forward to that fix!

When will your team address the other threads? We are trying to get back our preorder content that’s been completely erased. Missing profiles. Missing progress. Can you at least address that group. It’s a large thread and everyone is being ignored.
With all due respect, working on this issue seems more trivial, when people essentially feel like money’s been stolen.

Who should we address from the team? Any guidance? At this point we’re all just trying to get a status update or reply.
