Dashboarding is still so lame

And that right there is why I hate playing ranked season games. People get [censored] hurt because they aren’t going to win. I wish that sds would figure out some way to “punish” the people that consistently do this.

They should "punish" them with a loss lol. Jk honestly if they would just make the stats count I would be happy.

Just as much as you dislike people dashboarding, you're gonna get just as much who don't mind it.
I mean, an automatic W, automatic increased ranked rating points, and time saved from having to play the whole 9 (especially, if it's a dashboard early in the game, also eliminates possibility of a comeback).
That's a pretty fair trade off, and also remember, dashboards don't always occur on HR's, or where a player's stats might be impacted, they also happen plenty because opponent just can't hit for whatever reason, or they get frustrated over some other situation. I personally don't mind it.

I have had 2 people dash board me in events but the play finished so both my no doubt home runs counted

It's when someone closes the game from the dashboard basically breaking the connection mid play so it doesn't finish and stats are not tracked

Me too, and they don’t punish them with the loss. They would get that anyway.

You should
You get the w, but the home run doesn’t count towards your stats. So if you just so happen to need a home run with some particular player for a stat mission you don’t get it.

Nah you’re wrong. It’s quitting period. And I don’t get mad bc it’s a free win and only 1 stat. I rage quit too and it’s bc the game makes me have errors, continuously hangs pitches , other guy keeps getting broken bat hits and boom! Under the plate slider for 486 feeet.....I rage only when SDS screws me, and if I screw your 3 run hr in the process, you shouldn’t of had it anyway if the game worked.
Now if the other guys is just a beast and was about to be up 11-2 or something, I’ll let it land and then quit.

Do what 2K does (I usually wouldn't recommend anything 2K does btw) and lock the player quitting for an hour from playing another online game. Baby needs a Timeout
