I need help. So I have my internet ran via an Ethernet cable to my Xbox and I can’t sign into DD, however it says I have full internet in the settings and I can play NHL ultimate team. I disconnect the cable for wireless and I can sign into DD? Please help guys

Maybe try to clear saved data on the game and see if it re syncs? Do at your own risk that it could delete stuff because with it being new Xbox I am not sure how it will react but everything SHOULD be saved server side. I know this works on 2k and madden when they have hiccups.

Could also clear the gaming profile from the console only and see if that helps.
You do both of these by hitting the start button, or whatever you crazy kids call that button now a days, on the game app and then just clear the saved date and delete the profile from console only.
Again though if this deletes anything important don’t blame me lol. It’s at your own risk. I’ve never played the show on Xbox but this fixes a lot of things in other games as it forces your profile to resync with the game.
