Linking my ps4 and xbox

    So I had an 83 overall team on my PlayStation 4. I went to link that to my Xbox last night. Whenever I tried to do that it said that I had to 58 overall team on my Xbox. So I go back up to my PlayStation 4 and it also said that I had a 58 overall team. So I lost all of my progress on my PlayStation 4 whenever I tried to link the accounts. And on the show website it is not letting me unlink my Xbox at all even whenever I press unlink. Help me please I would like to have my team back. Thank you

    Huge issue with linking accounts and then not being able to unlink them. Best advice is to sit tight until SDS actually acknowledges the issue and gives us a fix. Sorry man

    Yep, this happens to everybody. They don't care. I just got a reply from a support ticket I put in a couple days ago about this and it said that I have to contact PSN support for this issue and gave me the link to them. LOL. It really sucks.

    kyllin. did the link actually help you out? doesnt make sense why it would be only a PSN issue.

    No, it's just the generic link to PSN support. I believe he was inferring that I should request a refund for my lost deluxe content.

    I talked with PSN support yesterday and the lady actually tried to help, which is more than SDS can say, but she was told by her supervisor there is nothing they can do on their end. Which makes sense because they aren’t the game developers.

    Me: "I want a refund, the game doesn't work and all my pre order bonuses were removed"
    SONY: "We can't refund, you downloaded the game"
    Me: "Right, and what I paid for was removed"
    SONY: "We could only refund you if you didn't download the game"
    Me: "I wouldn't be asking for a refund unless I had this terrible experience"
    SONY: "We could have helped if you contacted us before downloading the game"

    Between that and getting no response from SDS about how to fix the problem, I might just go back to playing RBI Baseball on my Sega. Somebody get me off this roller coaster. LOL.

    I've been playing The Show since 05 and I'm probably gone at this point. What an absolute joke.
