I'm having the same issue. On ps5. I'm hoping this issue is fixed. I can't start my franchise til late may as it is. I'd rather download a good roster than tweak it myself

Why not edit the roster yourself? You can use brooksbaseball for pitch edits and MLB.com for position players. Potential can be based on what seems logical.

Oh I will if I have to for sure. I'm leaving in a few days for a work thing and won't be back til May 21st. If I can't download out of the vault by then I'll spend a few days editing a roster before I jump into franchise

I'm on ps4 -- can download, but when I load a roster it doesn't do anything..c'mon SDS. Gotta have the basics sorted out by launch day.

I’m on PS5 and can’t download either however a fix is apparently being worked on but SDS don’t have a time for when we will see the fix

I'm on PS4 and having the same issue as flaming. placed a trouble ticket with support on the 17th. Haven't heard from SDS.

I can't retrieve files from my cloud, and when I upload rosters, it doesn't do anything. They need to get this fixed and put the 2020 draft class in the game. We wait all this long for all these issues.
