Have lost out on so many stubs rs wins and xp

I have lost out on a nearing infuriating amount of stubs, wins, xp and general fun playing your game so far. I would appreciate some kind of promise or compensation at this point. Spent $100 on the jr edition, didn’t get anything. I really love y’all’s games but I’m close to deleting and not ever buying another. Please help me regain some faith here.

I'm in the same boat and feel the same way. I've put more time into The Show over the years than any other game. I keep saying the same thing in my posts and tweets, but I've literally had my whole account wiped, stubs taken away, etc because I linked my accounts. I'm more irritated with not getting any sort of reply or acknowledgement of my posts, tweets and ticket submission than anything else.

Yeah man and I actually like the gameplay and alot of the new features too, like the Ballplayer aspect and how it's connected to RTTS and DD. So ideally when servers are out I could play RTTS and still be leveling up something that matters in DD. I also like how you can level up cards by using them.
The problem is literally it's all broken right now. Lots of little annoying bugs like player appearance resetting back to default right after I update it every time, Inside Edge showing then not showing off and on constantly, etc.
And major bugs like no secondary positions in archetypes (unless that's the intention in which
case it's labeled wrong). Ballplayer progress isn't counted at all in RTTS now, but usually works in DD, but you can't play DD now.. or rather you may be able to play between the server crashes and then beat the game just for it to not count the win, or any progress made towards programs. -
I'm in the same boat i submitted a ticket 3 days ago to support and i still haven't heard anything. It did say wait 5 business days but when it's things that prevent you from making progress 5 days isn't really good enough. I like the game but at the moment it's unplayable for some people so SDS need to step their game up. Just something to let us all know what's going on would put a lot of minds at ease.

With all the server crashes and errors its going to take them forever to answer all the complaints. The game is almost unusable at this point. I was looking forward to this release as well and now cant do anything because of the unexpecting handling exception error that pops up on any online mode. Completely frustrated.

Beat the showdown TWICE today with a homer with 2 outs left when i thought I’d lose. Both times I lost connection to the server when getting back to the main menu. These two instances were like 4 hours apart. I’m usually not one to call for free stuff but this rediculous. I just want the rewards I earned! DD is unplayable rn for me. I’ve lost wayyyy to much stuff over the last day and a half.
