RS difficulty

My rating was 681 and played a guy who’s rating was 581 but we played on his difficulty. My assumption bc the PCIs were huge and the final score was 17-12 him with a ton of dingers when I played against guys who were in my division and pcis were noticeably smaller. Dropped me 37 points! Tested this theory out numerous times (ratings vs pci and pitch speeds) and it makes so I think the RS difficulties is based of lesser opponents rating. Thoughts?
The pitchers h/9 & hitters vision makes a difference as well.

If you match with a lesser ranked opponent the game will be at the lesser difficulty.

The game is played at the higher rated player’s difficulty...The Devs explained this clearly in the stream, It’s not debatable.

700 is HoF. Game will be played on HoF.

On HOF. If Higher opponent is 0-200, Veteran, 200-700 Allstar, 700-900 HOF and 900+ legend

I must be a pretty good rookie if I’m playing at 700s first time playing the game.... doesn’t matter unless u reach World Series pal
