Same thing for me, code worked but can't find it in game or in my downloads on Xbox. On the microsoft page it says they are aware of issues with MLB The Show right now so hopefully it pops in there soon enough.

I would just like to add here that Gamestop customer service is now the worst in the industry. They failed to get me the game by the 16th like they promised an blew me off what i contacted them. Worse was the communication I ha concerning this issue. Never buying anything from them ever again.
