Issue with code for deluxe edition

Anyone else havjng issues on Xbox with the codes to get the Jackie Robinson edition rewards?
I’ve contacted Microsoft several times and keep getting the same run around -
Yes, I can’t redeem my code either

My code finally worked but I can’t find my rewards to redeem anywhere.

Same issue! Can’t find the content after redeeming.

I’ve heard if you are able to redeem the code, go on your game and if you can’t see your stuff close out of the application and it should show up

I have tried this. I have closed out and back in. I have restarted XBOX. Nothing. Ugh
