Still not working I talked to a xbox tech support and he said they are waiting for sds to activate the code he said in 24 to 48 hours but i am tired of waiting for a answer.

I called Microsoft this morning. The lady said they know about the issue. To try again in 24 hours an call back. I could barely understand her. She also didn’t seem to really know what’s going on.

I preordered the Jackie Robinson deluxe edition from GameStop to be shipped at my house. I got it last Friday, as expected. I could play the base game but the code that was in the case did not work. I’ve been trying to redeem it once a day but I get the same response saying that I need to contact the retailer. Hopefully it works tonight at 7pm ET

I called Microsoft for the third time and was told to wait until 9pm pacific time. So midnight my time like they need to compensate for their screwups. Give us extra stubs/diamonds whatever. Waiting almost 5 days for a $100 purchase is kinda messed up.

WTH man... 4 days later, these codes still don't work. This is inexcusable and a good way to [censored] off everyone who shelled out for physical copies & supported the game even when it's free on XBOX. I could've just downloaded it on Gamepass but I bought the 100 dollar Jackie Robinson Deluxe Edition because I like to support the game & I wanted the extras but if you're going to release a game early... make sure the extra content is available!
