Wrong ranked season record.

My record doesn’t add up to the amount of ranked season games I played. It got jacked up Sunday night after I stopped playing for a bit.

also whats the point of the universal profile if it only tracks online rated wins year to year? isnt DD the most popular and profitable mode

I played two games to see if it would fix it but it didn't. I noticed in the ranked program its shows how many games you have won so atleast they have that right. The game history is also correct so I think we can still play with permanently screwing up our records.

How do you see your game history?
When you go to diamond dynasty, you go to the home page, and should be there under standings, stats, & history.

It has just happened to me. Like five minutes ago.
I won a ranked game, completed some missions in the process, but it was like it never existed after it was finished.
The record still shows the old record and none of my hits, HR and runs counted for the missions, even though the screen showed "completed" during the game.

I woke up yesterday with my 3-1 record gone. I dont care that 1 win hadnt counted, but my record changed to 10-9 and I refuse to play a single online game with a record that I didnt play for. Its a pretty bad record and it doesnt reflect my skills, so I wont play until I get my record back.

This is ridiculous. I submitted my ticket yesterday around 7 I believe and still haven’t heard anything. At least address the situation, like “hey I know we’re having problems but everything will be fixed in a matter of time” I would be okay with that. Just get it done ASAP.

I submitted my ticket a few hours before that and still nothing. I have heard a few streamers talk about the issue for .2 seconds. Somehow they need to get in touch with SDS to get an estimated time on this issue. Since launch has passed this has to be one of their top priorities.

Shoot my record was saying I’ve played 3 times the games I actually have! My record is like 11-10 ( i suck I know) but it says 26-25 or something like that

Has anyone heard back from SDS ? I put a ticket in on monday and haven't heard anything back..
Or they can atleast tweet and acknowledge the issue
