Code from physical Jackie Robinson Edition on XBox still doesn’t work

So it’s 7:30 pm central & the code from the physical Jackie Robinson edition on XBox still says doesn’t exist & no longer works. Some others here had MS support people tell them the code would work today.
Will this code suddenly work at midnight eastern, 11 central or what do I have to do to get a working code? Thanks.

I am having the same issue on the PlayStation 5..... it’s 12:24 here in Philly and the code is STILL not working! Absolutely ridiculous

been 4 days already and no word from @Adam_SDS_PSN , @Collin_SDS_PSN , @Victor_SDS_PSN ... 4 days from people who actually pre-ordered and silence.. but they can comment on posts about UI, vibrations, and other BS.

Ok the game is officially released on XBox & the code still doesn’t work. When will this be fixed?

Shouldn’t the background be the Jackie Robinson edition on PS5 and not the regular edition? By background I mean where you load the actual game up. Mine shows just regular edition. When you go to ps store it shows Jackie Robinson edition with an entirely different look for that version. I bought the PS5 hard copy steel book but my game shows I own the regular edition. Confusing. Anyone else have this same problem? Am I right or wrong here? Thanks

I have that issue on xbox... not sure how much of an "issue" it is... if it is causing these "issues" but either way it is annoying and they really botched this release...

@Victor_SDS_PSN brother. Please reply to us Xbox folks. We have been ignored regarding the missing preorder content.
I received an email form Chuck who offered a solution that didn’t work. Cant the content just be placed on to our accounts. MICROSOFT IS DIRECTING US TO YOU. I’ve had 3 conversations with Microsoft and they refer me to your support ticket system. But even through there the solutions are not working (as per chucks email to me).

I just spoke to a supervisor on xbox they are waiting on sds to activate the code he said 24 to 48 hours

This is getting ridiculous. Waiting another 24 to 48 hours for codes to activate. I’m done preordering SDS games.

What does the game look like for you guys with the Jackie Robinson edition? On PS5? Does it show Jackie Robinson on the startup game screen? Or is it Tatis? Thanks

I doubt it the jr addition you got extra and early access but the game is the standard game so I thank that’s what the back ground will be as the game is the standard of all three. You just get the extras witch are down loaded -
