I called Best Buy was told the code should still work but maybe later on like at midnight tonight since it’s a new game. Still [censored] since pre ordered so I can have early access and dlc but now have to wait?

I tried code Friday, contacted xbox about issue, said should work on Tuesday, tried both Monday and, now again early morning Tuesday, same thing. Code not found..contract retailer, who will direct me to xbox...pass around game for a $100 pre-order is terrible...

Just spoke to a specialist. She said my code is active and it'll be valid 12pm today. So we'll see

at this point give us 50k stubs and 20 The Show Packs when we're finally able to redeem. Completely unacceptable that we couldn't redeem it during the Early Access and now at launch...

This sucks but like any stupid problem it's slightly better knowing that it's not just me. Reminds me back in the 90s when we would've just been out of luck

Yeah I agree. We missed out on the dailies and basically built from scratch. Having that 42 player would have helped me grind those 4 days

This is a widespread issue. I have a feeling we'll get a fix but it's still very disappointing to deal with. I'm done with physical copies of games.

Hopefully, it works in about 1 hour at noon on 4/20. I feel we deserve a bonus for the problems we faced, any good company would see that. Amazon ex would say sorry here's a refund but keep the product
