Slightly disappointed.

Wow. So, okay. Playing RTTS on PS5. And I have to say. I am slightly disappointed with MLB The Show 21. It is hardly upgraded at all graphically over 20 on PS4 Pro.
I appreciate a lot of the new features such as CAS, and a slightly more in depth RTTS. But wow, this is graphically disappointing. Muddy textures. The uniforms were hardly upgraded, and look the exact same on the characters from as far back as MLB 15.
Also, the dang Record Books. Come on man. I understand Baseball is down in popularity. But of all the major sports, no sports Record Book is as revered as Major League Baseball. As I have posted in here before, boot up MLB 2K13 and look at that Record Book. Where is Batting Average for Single Season? Or Career? Slugging % and so on.
Overall I enjoy it. But had to vent.

Oh shut up already you whining crybabies they did a Great job is it perfect? No but they put the best product they could put ...I have the PS5 version and it’s Looks stunning stop complaining and nitpicking every little nook n cranny and Enjoy the game

Boot up 20 on your PS5 and let me know if you think it looks truly better. Because I did. And see hardly a difference. Staunch defender

Nope 21 Looks better more in depth crispier and plays better ..smoother (60 FPS)

I've played it frequently on both console generations, Ps5 has far superior performance.

I made some changes to my tv settings, particularly the color settings and it looks so much better. The dark lighting and some stadiums at eight is still there, but the game looks a lot better overall

Its funny this game talks about people being toxic yet allow people to reply to this guys tweet with offensive [censored]. The toxic ones are the ones that think the game is great no matter what little effort they put into changing it.

Just loaded it up on my sons Xbox one x and I can say with absolute certainty that the version on my series x is 150,000x better that 60fps is a game changer
