It is usually a few weeks after MLB season stars, like a Month or so after launch, but with the game coming out late this year I would imagine within a couple weeks they will probably have one. Just my guess.

Rosters Usually Update Every Friday So Hopefully This Friday Or Next Friday Should Be The 1st Roster Update

Earliest roster update has been 1 month into the season. Which is usually 6-7 weeks after the game comes out, but this year ... I still think it will be 1st or 2nd week of may.
