Next gen era @developers

Hi
So as we phase into this next gen era, can we maybe look into making the game more competitive on regular TV’s (4k60/120)…? With next gen here, it would be nice to level the competitive edge with regular TV’s compared to gaming monitors. It would be a bummer to have to run the ps5/Xbox through a gaming monitor.. Such a nice system and such a little screen... Regardless TV’s are going to get nicer it would be nice to be competitive on the regular tv. (Meaning non gaming monitor).Peace n luv.

Im saying on the game development side to look into tweaking pros/cons regarding tvs/monitors.. If that’s even possible.. idk I just don’t want to have a gaming monitor in my living room.. if you don’t have a LG CX it’s slim Pickens out here.

It's not possible...the tv/monitor specs will always factor in...there is no way around that

Yeah I know but I’m being cheap and just don’t want to buy a monitor.

Ok if you know..then your whole post was pointless
It’s not pointless bc it would help the game be more successful also.. I’m not saying to disregard monitor specs I’m saying majority of next gen’rs Will probably be using it on a tv.. Meaning you’ll appeal to bigger base. And while your 1ms monitor will get you perfect/perfect, a TV with respectable specs could land the same in my posts theory.
