PS5 Upgrade Issues still?

Was anyone able to get a hold of SDS or Sony to find out why we still don't have access to the PS5 version of the game?
Do we have to wait until the 20th even thought we paid extra for early access? Shouldn't SDS at least address this and try and make it up to the customers? -

I have the PS5 version. I ordered the steel box, installed the PS4 version and upgraded to the PS5 version using the code that came with it.

I am in the same boat. Spent an hour online with sony for them to tell me there is nothing they could do and would contact sds. I contacted sds and they told me it was sonys problem. So idk when anything will be fixed.

Had the same issue. Tried Sony, tried SDS nothing. Then when finally speaking to Sony they said to try and see if by clicking on the game purchase if it pops up there. Stupidly I did and I wound up getting charged for a second version. Connected with SDS and they said it is not their issue it is a Sony issue. Ping Pong. Meanwhile all of this is because SDS' roll-out was a mess. Tried proposing what I think is a reasonable solution to the mess but have been ghosted by SDS ever since.
Game = Great
Customer Service = Lousy -
Returning mine tomorrow for PS5 version only. Gamestop was extremly helpful, also heard that for people that cant Download it it should be available Tomorrow to Download.
For me personally Im done messing around with it! -
Same issue here. I have a PS5, bought the Jackie Robinson physical copy. Installed it and redeemed the code. However, there is no option to download the PS5 version anywhere.

They had some big issues this year which I expected. You can’t release a game to be played on 9 different consoles and it go smooth the first time

Well was able to figure it out. Uninstalled everything and in the library I selected PS5 games only to install and it worked.

U must have purchased it again^, just check my library nothing but the ps4 version was there smh

On mine it shows it would download both version. I had to cancel it. Go into the library, click options on the game then click ps5 version.

Go into the PS5 store and search for The Show, the upgrade shows up on the last choice on the right when it displays all the products that match with what you’re searching. That’s how I downloaded mine.
