PS5 code Jackie Robinson disc version

I really need some help, so i redeemed my code for all the jackie bundles they give u, but i have just the ps4 version installed. I have a ps5 n "want" to download the ps5 version of theshow but nowhere is there an option or place to download the game. I've been playing the ps4 version since the early release smh.

I have the same problem... I contacted Gamestop and they blamed Sony..... So after being on the phone with Sony for 3 hours they blamed SDS and said it was their issue.... A LOT of people are having the same issue and I am hearing we will get access to our PS5 version on the 20th when the game releases...

I have this same problem and when I go to game versions it only shows the ps5 beta and ps4 version. Please help. Thank you.

I believe I have the same issue. I have a ps5, I bought the Jackie Robinson deluxe edition and entered the code, but I cannot play ps5 version.

Yeah how is SDS going to address this? Any retailer store is going to tell you that you can't return the game cause you used the code.

I have the same problem. So we have to wait until the 20th release date to be able to access the PS5 version? What do we do if we still can't see it by then?

Hoping tommorow they have it fixed and we are able to download ps5 version. Let’s keep posted in this thread till we get an answer on this !

I have the same issue. There is no option to download the PS5 version anywhere.

Same issue. Such BS. Also missing 150k stubs. They use to be a great developer. Dunno what happened. This release is awe full. Paid for a product and have not been able to enjoy it.

Same issue here. Spent 3 hours with Sony live chat only to get no where and then basically be told “well that’s all they could do for me. Try this next thing and that should fix it bye.” Didn’t work of course. I get crickets from Twitter and their bug ticket system so far.

The only helpful solution i have if your trying to play the ps5 version is to trade in your collectors edition for the ps5 standard disc version. I don't think either SONY or SDS will give us another voucher code to download cause Sony support said, "sorry i can't do that"

Mine still wouldn't work today. I just returned my Jackie Robinson physical copy for the standard PS5 version. This has been a huge disappointment.
