No most people know that. It’s just not working like it is supposed to. I spent 3 hours with Sony support chat going through every trouble shooting thing they had with no results to be able to download the PS5 version like the JR version was supposed to do. They gave me a last ditch thing and said that should fix it. Thanks and bye. Which of course it didn’t work.

I purchased the ps4 physical copy of MLB The Show 21 Jackie Robinson deluxe version that was supposed to come with the dual entitlement for PS5 (digital download). I entered the code and got all other content except the PS5 download. I have reached out to MLB the Show and have got nowhere. I have already been in contact with two representatives from PSN and did all the troubleshooting tips and still nothing. I am beyond irritated at this point. I paid for content that isn't being provided. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions how to help?
Well since we still had not received any guidance for our issue, I have until today according to my receipt at GameStop to get full refund return. I am taking my JR physical disk back in and switching to the PS5 disk. Likely the best option.

Welcome to the club! MANY MANY others with the same problem. I spent 3 hours on Sony support live chat with no results and no answers to remedy the issue since we couldn’t fix it.
Same issue here. Spent 3 hours with Sony live chat only to get no where and then basically be told “well that’s all they could do for me. Try this next thing and that should fix it bye.” Didn’t work of course. I get crickets from Twitter and their bug ticket system so far.
