I second that...completed a mission and glitches at the very end of completing it so when I got connected after another random drop off, it counted as a fail when I got back onto the network.

Same thing happen to me and I down got the vouchers...

I lost my game tying baserunner with 4 outs left at the final boss. Guy just wasnt there anymore. No out was received or anything. I made a bug report and sent them a video of it.
