What time of Day does Gamepass MLB21 come out?

On the Gamepass site it says 4/20 UTC. UTC would mean for me on the west coast 12 Noon tomorrow/Monday.

is that right? Don't the games come out on 12 midnight EST Tue? I guess if you bought the game that would be right but if you're getting the free version on gamepass, would it be 12 midnight your local time?

If you bought the game it would be midnight 4/20. Ganepass almost always adds games at about 9am-12pm eastern
