PS4 to PS5

I have been playing on my PS4 since launch, but my PS5 is supposed to be here tomorrow. Does anyone know if there has been a fix to the linking issue yet? I don't want to start on PS5 yet if it means I am going to lose all my progress. Any help is appreciated.

Linking is not needed for PS4 to PS5. Only PS to Xbox.

What about using the community market from my computer? Do I need to link for that as well? Or should I just don't need to worry about linking if I won't have an xbox.

You've always been able to use the community market on the website before. I doubt you will need a linked account to use it, but we won't know for sure until it goes live later this week.
