Xbox One Lagginess/Choppiness on offline and online play

I’m a veteran player on PS and moved over to xbox and noticed the gameplay is very choppy and makes hitting extremely hard online. I think this is an xbox one specific problem.

You on current gen, it seems like it's frame rate issues
