Bought stubs but they’re not appearing?

I was having a difficult time buying stubs from the market as I kept encountering an error that support did not recognize. I decided to go into the actual PlayStation store to buy them and had success. But these stubs have yet to show up in my account and it’s going on 7+ hours. Any idea what the issue is?

Log in to your console and go to the buy stubs section. They should be there waiting to be redeemed.

Log in to your console and go to the buy stubs section. They should be there waiting to be redeemed.
Last night when I went to that section it was not there for me to redeem. I have all six receipts from PlayStation thanking me for purchase though.

Last night when I went to that section it was not there for me to redeem. I have all six receipts from PlayStation thanking me for purchase though.
I have a theory and I just posted a new thread related to PS, Xbox and Show accounts. Hopefully a dev will weigh in there.
Your issue might be related, which is why you can't see the stubs. I'd wait for the ticket reply instead of buying more right now.

It won’t even let me buy anymore stubs because it gives that error code. Was close to completing collections and bam it started.

I bought stubs on half price stub sale and it’s been three days and they still haven’t appeared. I bought them on the PlayStation website for the first time. Most time I buy them in the buy stubs tab on diamond dynasty. Can anybody help me out?

You probably have to redeem thru PS store.

after you buy them on Xbox you have to go back into buy on the game and you'll see redeem where you go to buy,
