How access PS5 version?

Ok... I think I found it. Man... that is NOT clear. Still not sure how to apply it to the bundle add-ons like packs etc. Hopefully, it's more clear once I get in to the game.

No matter what I do, i cant figure out how to get the ps5 version.

After I did the code inside the game box, I went to the PlayStation store and was able to download the PS5 version there

What if there was no code inside the box?? I got the Jackie Robinson deluxe version.

In the ps5 store, there is a version of mlb the show for PS5 but i have to pay it.

If that’s the case then you have been supplied an incomplete product.

The code is on the backside on the insert located inside the game case. Once you put PS4 disc in your PS5 go to the PS Store and you will have option to d/l PS5 upgrade for free.

Not working either. My problem is simple. Provided code is not giving access to PS5 version.
