Stats error for tasks in rtts? Is this bugged
-
I saw in a XD/reward screen that there’s tasks for each of the major nodes in your load outs. I have only one or 2 hits registered under spark plug but in game I have well over 20 now. This seems to be just the same thing from a few years ago where the game suddenly can’t count properly. Or is this just me?
-
Nope same thing. My archetype tasks haven’t updated in a long time. I think I’ll put this game down for a while or just request a refund since I can’t progress my player. It’s a shame companies release broken trash all the time.

I grinded a lot this morning got to July in my minor league season to only just notice I have not progressed my Sparkplug program at all. And this is after I found out that getting the main program levels up is how you increase your overall since your base stats are capped at 50.
-
Yep. Same. All of my programs in RTTS are bugged and wont advance. I'm getting xp, but none of my activity tasks are updating. I have a bunch of extra base hits and my slugger is stuck at 2, and the repeatable "24 plate appearances" is stuck at 0.

Same here, I got some progress towards Sparkplug in the few games I played, but then got nothing for my first pitching performance and from then on have gotten no program progress. Looking at the rewards it seems you need this to upgrade the major archetypes to silver, gold, etc so there's really no reason to play until this is resolve.

Same issue here. Very frustrating.
-
I think I fixed the issue for me. It was one of two things...

If you haven't entered DD yet, do that and complete the tutorial
-
I made a completely new settings profile and never touched the sliders menu.
Since then I have been getting progression every game.

Can confirm this works!

2x confirmed to work. Play through all the beginner DD missions until you get a pack to open, and ensure that you have a settings profile with all sliders untouched. For whatever reason this causes program XP to be earned as normal in RTTS.
Thanks @dethgryp_PSN for the tip!

And what about DD games? Is progress registered there after the fix as well? Cause mine is not. Played 4 conquest maps, no progress on ballplayer at all
-
Not sure bc I haven't played DD yet. Really only bought the game for RTTS.
-
From what I have played the program progress is tracked in DD and I will try resetting settings profile for RTTS progress.
Even if you get XP the most important thing is to get progress on your Archetype programs because that is how your boost your overall.
-
Played in DD, Have not touched any settings. Was working until 25 hits, now nothing is tracking...
-
I tried reinstalling the game and deleting all files to make sure nothing I had changed in settings was messing up progression. Started a new RTTS after the reinstall and it worked with loadout progression for 2 games. After that, no more progression. I feel like it might be tied to server connection issues, but that's only a guess. I know this mode isn't their priority, but until they fix being able to progress the loadout programs in RTTS, the game is unplayable for me. It's the mode I spend my time in. Wish they didn't mess it up trying to tie it to other game modes.

This does not fix it. If you are experiencing this put in a ticket with support. It bugged out after update.

Also having the same issue it is definetly bugged. Have also been playing DD and ain't touched the sliders. I was playing as sparkplug and it would register hits and PA's sometimes on it's program and sometimes it wouldn't. After a while i fancied trying out slugger so created a 2nd loadout and activated it. After 2 homers and a few doubles on my first two series of games it registered 0 on XBH's and only registered the PA's from one series.
