I'm on Xbox Series X and I'm experiencing similar issues. The game is running smooth except for one thing: The PCI is laggy and jittery. Like it's running at a different framerate than everything else.
This issue was present in the Tech Test when I played on my Series X and it's really frustrating that it's made it's way to the final game. There were a number of posts about it in the Tech Test forum.
Everything is jittery for me atm. Makes it hard to hit when it looks like it's dropping frames.

I just finished playing for 3.5 hours on Xbox one and it ran fine for me.

So what settings are you running? Something is amiss for me.

Zone cam for hitting, outfield for pitching and everything else default

My guess would be stick drift on the controller. I had this problem in 20 and the controller was the issue. PCI was exactly how you explained it.

Game is pretty much unplayable for me atm on Xbox one. Any clues? I can only hit on rookie because of the jitter and I usually play on hof on the playstation.

Can anyone tell me how to get this game to run smoothly on the xbox one, please? I know it's probably a simple setting, but it is getting Uber frustrating when the only level you can play the game on is rookie.
