My Collector's Pre-Order still isn't here

I pre-ordered the physical collector's edition for early access and the hat and it was set to get here today. Apparently fed ex has backed it up to Monday so literally there was no point for me buying the Collector's edition now. Do any of you know of a way I could access my copy online? I ordered it through Wal Mart delivery.

How do expect to access a physical copy online? I'm confused

Bought ours through Target and it has been rescheduled to due fulfillment issues to April 30th.
