Freezing on Xbox One

So I just started up DD and when the moment starts I can’t move my pci or swing. Then I get a hitting tutorial that soft-locks the moment because it doesn’t let me disable them or get through it. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, I have the exact same issue, already reported the bug but no reply or update yet

I haven't been able to get through a game offline yet or even the tutorial usually the 2nd or 3rd inning it will just freeze , what hitting camera are you using? I remember on PS4 they had a option for the rendering type you want of processing , the game looks amazing on the x-box new gen , but I hope this bug is fixed quick.
I have the digital deluxe jackie version , xbox series x

I’m using strike zone. I haven’t been able to even get through the first moment because my controller stops working all of a sudden.

Nope I have the 1TB Xbox series x - same issue freeze after an inning or two , I'm going to try another ballpark besides camden yards for the orioles see if thats it.
