Dad trying to help sons

My two boys both have accounts they use to play MLB The Show. I don't play, so forgive the basic nature of the questions. They love MLB the Show, and we pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe edition. However, only one of them (the one who is associated with being the manager of the account) received the packs. Is there a way for both of them to get the packs, or are the packs that came with the game only for one player?

You can’t double down when you game share. I’ve been doing this since Xbox 360. Worth a shot tho
