How do you turn off the animation on a 2 strike pitch?

I cannot find the setting to stop it.

Go to Presentation in the main settings menu. Change "high leverage" to "rarely" for pitch selection camera frequency.

I think you'll need to say "batter/hitter only" also. I recall I was able to turn it off in MLBTS 20.

I've never changed that, I just change it to none and it's gone
