    After linking my Xbox account to my Sony account, I lost everything from my Diamond Dynasty progress and my pre-order bonuses. Hoping this is the right forum to get in contact with someone to see if that progress can be recovered.

    I saw elsewhere to try logging off then back on and progress was restored.

    This happened to me and I'm not sure how to get my progress back. All tutorials are back and my team is gone.

    If you go in the game, profile at the top left, then My Profile. You can unlink your account there. This gave me my progress back.

    everyone should be reporting this via the bug website. the linking process has not been explained at all, and it appears to be a dumpster fire so far.

    Happened to me too. I unlinked the account and now it's all back. Just my 2cents to assure others. They need to fix that asap

    I unlinked to get it all back. Then I linked again using code from PS5 screen and then put that into webite where it says ,"Please enter the link code for Cross-Platform progression." I then chose the use "THE SHOW" for the current session.

    Same happened to me. I went into the game, went to Ballplayer and then to Unlink Account. Got everything back.

    I had to submit a bug report and someone got back to me fast to help me fix it all. It happened to me a month into the game. They need to fix it because the way they set it up, it messes everything up. It confusing and you shouldn’t have to link your account twice.
