Graphics are absolutely the same. They did ZERO work on them. And we enter the next gen and still cant have small things like realistic water splashes, realistic bat to ball tones, or the sound of the glove being louder or quieter based upon velocity. Trash.

Yea graphically I didn’t expect next Gen to be that much of an improvement they just polish it up a little add few features and then release it ..how about the FPS tho you don’t notice smoother gameplay?

I tried to tell y’all not to get your hopes up. The game is not “next gen.” It’s a port. It will not be “next gen” until they have a version just for the new consoles. I don’t know how any of you expected any different when they announced cross-gen play.

Yep, PS4 launch was the same.

Let’s see.
Hopefully next year Sony just go back to making the PS version and then we will see real next gen improvements.
This year was a lot of work for them going from one platform to 4 in just one year and with COVID.
Then the negative feedback about things like Gamepass.
I think they should either tell MLB to stuff the license or let MLB get a third party to port the game to other platforms and let SDS focus back on PS releases.

They already are in a contract.

They even got rid of the perfect perfect sound that was so satisfying last year. Hits sound like they have little impact. Is there a reason it’s gone or were they just too incompetent to carry the sound over?

I definitely notice smoother gameplay. But 20 runs at 60 fps on my PS5

The audio is terrible With PS5's 3D audio and Xbox's spacial sound this is unacceptable

How can u even see the video under Audio/video option you can only access audio

I believe they need to patch in ray tracing or something. And the audio has regressed

I’m not able to access where it says FPS HDR mode or any video options for the matter ..can someone please explain? I’m in ps5 version

120 FPS is what is really needed
