Game won't open packs, it freezes, restart game and packs are gone!

I have this same problem. Tried to open pack, game errors, and then freezes.

I just lost an equipment pack too. The game froze up on the opening animation so I never got to make my selections. Had to close the game and restart. Glad it wasn't one of my 42 packs. I think I'll hold off on opening anything else for a while...
