I found them in Shop=>Stubs when I tried to buy stubs that are unavailable! So I got my preorder stuff.

Go to the stubs page and the only thing to complain about opening weekend is when servers go down everything else is tolerable

'failed to consume entitlement' is what I'm getting now that I've found it in the stubs area (thanks to above for heads up)

Still nothing for me. I tried going into my inventory multiple times and even reloaded the game. Ugh

Had same issue at first. Closed the game and restarted. A message said I have pending entitlements and when I clicked on it, an error came. Then went into DD and to Stubs tab. All entitlements were there and when I clicked on them I got the same error message. Then I went to Packs tab an everything was there.

However, I still can't buy stubs.

Same, even after i close the game and log in i get content not available from the stubs page

Back out of DD. That worked for me.
