I am not opening up the wallet for day one but I am hoping to grind and flip to have it completed in the first week.

Hell no. I already know my preorder packs are gonna be complete [censored] so it would cost me $1k-$1.5k to get the LS collection done day one. I have the money to do that but since I’m 18 I’d rather invest that $1k and let it grow while I’m in college and be able to put a nice down payment on a new car when I graduate.

The other good thing is some of these other cards will tide us over so the sense of urgency isn’t there like it would have been. Plus, I don’t want to lock the collection award all year that early on. I like the variety.

Depending on how the flipping goes, probably mid May, early June.

Not me, for multiple reasons. First of all it's very boring if you complete it first day. Like what in the world will you be working towards for the rest of the year? Second of all, if you wanna complete it first day you'll have to drop a healthy amount of cash to either buy the players or buy packs. As someone who did this in 2017 and 2018, I can confidently say it's absolutely not worth the money in my opinion. If you're a good player (I consider myself a "good" player), you can and will make tons and tons of stubs eventually through RS and BR and everything else. Even if you're not in that position, you could work the market endlessly and make millions of stubs.

So spending actual money really doesn't make sense to me anymore. Unless you want to go into RS with a god squad the very first week, then yeah. But I couldn't care less about that.

I will have it done the first weekend. You all are soft. You can’t die with your money so why not spend it. Money is overrated

For the life of me I will never understand this. Everyone can burn their money however they please, just look at NFTs haha, but what is the purpose of spending $100 on the game, then hundreds more to complete the live series collection on day 1? Is that some sideways feeling of accomplishment? Awesome, you're going to have a super team no one is going to want to play. Sounds like a blast. I believe this is called a 'game' which is something you play lol. But hey, if that is whats going to give you a chubby, rock on. I for one am very excited to struggle with my bronze cards for a bit lol.

This was a contradiction. “Everybody can burn their money however they please” “what’s the purpose of spending money on a game” lol nice job pal

Personally I like grinding and even if you spend $300 you aren’t coming close to locking in collections. You need to spend a good 1200-1500 which IMO is way too much money to spend on a video game that releases yearly. If it was a game that was going to be out for years I get it. But a yearly game? No thanks.

I think flipping won't be as profitable as it was in the past.

There's going to be more people this year, with the cross platform, so I don't think katgibs are going to be that great.

More people = higher volume. I'm willing to double transaction velocity, even if it means a small % decrease in individual profitability.
