NO money spent second account

If you do not have a 2nd account then yes you do. Email is associated with each acct.
How to do it- Logout of current acct. Then press PSButton there will be a box that says create user and follow steps.

Its always been useful to have a farm account in madden but in DD you can always be grinding your way up the xp and gaining better rewards so its usually not worth it to spend time on a farm account

I set up a 2nd account, logged in and this message appeared. This content can only be used by the following users who have a license for it. If I want to use the content purchase it from playstation store

Is the PS4/PS5 that you’re trying it on the primary console for the account with which the game was purchased?
To check this, on your the account that purchased the game go to (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4]
An account can only use a game if the console being used is the primary system of the account that purchased the game.
