my recent H2H opponent in reminding me why I'm going to strictly play 21 offline.
Was messing around on my secondary account and was getting burnt out playing Moments and Conquest.
Noticed that I never 'cashed in' my free BR entry; so I decided to play some BR.
Wasn't paying attention and ended up playing as the Away team. Normally wouldn't be an issue; but saw that my 'opponent' picked Minute Maid Stadium in the day with rain.
Once I saw that he/she was a Prestige Level 100 player with a WS Icon and a 12-0 banner; I knew it was going to be a fun game.
Couldn't see the ball coming from the pitcher to save my life. Spammed high fastballs and quick pitched the the first 3 of my ABs.
Then the 'fun' began. Pausing after EVERYONE of my ABs, holding R2, bunted with the first two batters, and would take four extra steps off base so when I would throw over, they would already be at the next base.
Then on the third batter, my pitch 'mysteriously' decided to advance towards home plate about 1 mile an hour, where they proceeded to hit was would've been a 3 run shot.
I just dashboarded.
Then they decide to send me a vulgar message stating that I was a P.O.S that couldn't take a loss and that my parents should be ashamed that they didn't abort me.
Again, thanks for reminding me why I'm not touching H2H next year.
Enjoy the cheap win. It's pretty depressing when 'people' (and I just that term lightly) need to validate their lonely life with meaningless wins at a video game.

Report the message about your parents and abortion. That would be enough to get the person banned, let’s clean up the community.

I concur that you should report the message to Sony, SDS, or whoever handles these things and get them banned.
I'm fed up with anonymous hate filled messages on the internet in general and feel that there should be consequences.

It's why I keep PSN messages off and have for 5+ years.
TBH, most people should keep them off. It's the reaction and confrontation that the hate spewers feed on.
Most of the TSN trolls just seek attention though. Different category. Heh.

Messages off. Pretend the game just has very erratic AI and it's not a real person. That's how I play H2H.

Some of those 12-0 / WS guys are terrible. I mean, the game is a week and half from irrelevancy yet you still need to show up everyone you play. I was messing around in the event with an all throwback card team and no one above 90. I match up with a God Squad with the WS badge and flawless banner. Before the first pitch I requested a friendly so we could both just move on. Nope. He was determined to win. If it makes you feel better I guess, but man, get out of the house once in a while.

Yeah i know i did almost same today. I had lineup of all topps now, guy has god squad i'm dottin strike zone throwing pitches to put ball in play. He has 99 degrom and i swear almost every pitch out of zone he wouldn't pitch to me. with 99 Degrom really?
So i just beaned every batter to get mercy rule and move on and find someone who want to play legitimate baseball. So yeah i feel ya.
