I got a no hitter but it was on like veteran and the guy didn’t understand the gameplay lt looked like he was playing for the first time....so it didn’t really count

Same for me the other day. Opponent quit after 5 perfect innings and 12 Ks.

Ive thrown 1 perfect game with Grove against a pretty decent player... I have had multiple no no's or PG's going in the 8th or 9th where the other guy quit...
The best no hitter story I ever heard was about the Red Sox... Ernie Shore is brought in to clean up this kid's mess in the 1st.. Kid walked the leadoff guy, punched the ump then got ejected. Ernie Shore comes in, catcher throws the runner out stealing 2nd.. He then goes on to throw a perfect game.
Records have it as a combined no hitter for Babe Ruth/Ernie Shore

I had a perfect game or no hitter with prestige maddux through 5 or 6 innings and lost it on a slow roller that Tatis decided to like triple clutch the throw.
