Play now online leaderboards resetting

Hey guys, does anyone know why the "play now online" leader boards resetting? (Not DD leaderboards) It reset twice already and I wasn't sure if it was a glitch or whatnot. Thanks in advance!

Yea we paid 40 extra $ to play the game I'm 40-0 I know other guys are 37-1 etc.. we all paid to play early and every 2 days the leaderboard is reset. Its deff annoy and I've never see it happen b4.. you keep your rating and lose your games
