Runners sliding into first base, pitching change

Please remove runners sliding into first base, as this hardly occurs. Also, I was playing the Dodgers and they made a pitching change without notice. Also, I don't think that the graphics are as good as MLB the Show 20. They screen doesn't look as sharp as last year's game.

If they slide into first base in reality, why not leave it in? Just because it happens on such rare occasions is no reason to omit it from the end product.
