SDS doesnt see our reports

i had a game that was goign really well, and the second time in this week my wifi becomes potatoes. ive been reporting my issues to the SDS people but never get a reply. can i get those games that i got disconnected from to not count towards my record, because even when im winning that happens and it completely pisses me off. Please SDS can you help me get not count those games. we out enought time and money towards your game.

SDS does see the reports. The games count cause in their eyes if you were able to start the game and play it to some extent then it should count.
I don't agree with that logic but that's how its been since 2017

It's not that they don't see it, they just have a policy of not overturning games. I don't think I've heard of one instance of a game being overturned.
Think about this, if there was a policy to overturn games, lets say I am winning 4-3, but my opponent loaded the bases with nobody out. I am not confident in my ability to win, so I unplug my internet because I know I can just email SDS showing them that I was winning and that I got "disconnected". There is no way for the system to differentiate real disconnects from intentional ones

Here's a wild idea; upgrade your internet or hardwire your console. Problem solved. I understand the frustration, but it's not SDS' problem nor anyone else's. Just yours, so nobody has to fix anything but you. This is not meant to put you down or hate or anything like that, I just really don't understand how you have any sort of expectations towards SDS in this regard.

- Stop playing on Wi-Fi
- Run an internet check on the PS4 to make sure you're connecting at a decent speed/ping.
- Don't worry about your record. Play for fun.
*And if you're really worried about your record; just wait until 4/20 when your record will reset to 0-0 (in 21)

I’ve never had a single internet issue in this game that wasn’t absolutely my fault since 16. Just sayin.

It is way too exploitable. Everyone who was losing a game would simply disconnect in order to keep their quest for World Series in Ranked Seasons or their 12-0 BR runs alive.
