Train Horn & Game Over Horn Stadium Sounds

Hey guys. How can I unlock or buy the stadium sound “Train Horn” and “Game Over Horn”?
I want to add them to my team but it won’t let me purchase them and I’m not getting anything in cards.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Game Over Horn, if it is what I am thinking it is, is from the Rays Team Affinity. I'd imagine the train would be from the Astros.

Hey there!! Ok then what’s team affinity? What does that mean and how do I do it?

It's on the same tab page as programs and XP reward path.
Between Collections and Team Specific Conquest, that should be enough points to get you the sounds.

You can also accumulate innings played with players from those two teams. Though that method will take a bit of time.
