Ranked difficulty levels

Remind me where the different difficulty levels break along the ranked levels? Also, I assume, it’s played on whoever is lowest.

Is it not specific to your level? Like if I was 650 I'm Allstar and if my opponent is 800 he's HOF?

no. If you are 650 and your opponent is 800 the game is on allstar

no. If you are 650 and your opponent is 800 the game is on allstar
