Streaming a Custom League Game???

Is there a away to spectate someone else's custom league game? I want to start a league with my friends and I went to stream the games and commentate on it. Is there any way in the game I can spectate games? If not, are there any methods of achieving this using alternate methods?

Only way I can think of would be to be in a party and stream on twitch. Turn the party sound on for the stream and you'll have a broadcast for it. Not sure of any other way

Ok makes sense. If your familiar with xbox any way you can do that there? I forgot to mention this will be for The Show 21. Hopefully they just add a spectator option.
