Loading saved RTTS

Mine freezes..
-
Mine does not load either just freezes.
-
I cannot load RTTS saves either.
-
I have the same issue. Both with a player I brought over from 19, as well as a brand new created player. In both cases when I load I'm stuck on the loading screen forever. Everytime I'll get sent back to create a new player.
-
Yeah I imported my guy from MLB The Show 19 and I played a good 2hrs worth. Now I cannot even load a save. I saved it multiple times and it never indicated that my saves were made. I exited out of the mode and showed every save I made. I try to go back in this morning 2 times and it sends me in to make a new player. I really hope this isn't a permanent issue. I would hate to regret buying this.

How can one do that? I never used the forums until today.

I'm having the same issue as jdsarge even after the patch.
Imported my RTTS save from MLB 19, am able to play and sim through Spring Training, but every time I try to advance to the regular season (in 2022 in this case), the game locks up.

Click on “Support” up top in the website menu. Choose The Show 20, scroll down to report an issue. It allows you to add attachments... copy your save file to a USB, zip it up and attach.
Also leave as many details as possible...year to year save, majors/minors etc.

Sent a report with attached save file in my case. I did send a report earlier (along with another report on a non-RTTS related issue), but sent them again just now with the proper files/pictures

Anybody still experiencing the issue? I am. Have sent in 4 save files to bug report.
-
Yeah I'm having the same issue, I thought it was because I saved it to my external hard drive but that wasn't the case. Will this (CE-33112-0) issue be fixed? If not I might want a refund.
-
Mine freezes as well, I thought that maybe it was cause I was in midseason on 19 so I simmed the rest of the year and got to the 2021 preseason and guess what, it still froze. Hopefully this will get fixed, Rtts is the only reason why I play this game.
-
Same here, i already plan on asking for my $20 for getting early access back. All the progress i did over the weekend is in corrupted saves.
-
Any word if this issue will be fixed? RTTS is really the only reason I've been playing this game series. Don't let me down please
-
Any update for these issues? I had no issues carrying over my save at release and now I'm getting stuck on the loading screen, only to end up on a new character creation screen.
I read elsewhere it might have something to do with using sliders from 19 is that true?
-
I’m having the same issues also, it freezes every time I try to move my 2019 save over.

From Reddit " someone on OS showed me a fix. Loading up your '19 sliders does something to the save file. So delete your '20 RTTS save file and then load your carryover file again from '19. Just gonna have to make a new slider set. Anyway, this worked for me. If you didnt load '19 sliders in your '20 RTTS, then I dont know a fix. Everyone I know of who were having this problem had loaded their '19 sliders."
