All these million dollar cards that most wouldn't even use last year.
Feller
Matthews
Donaldson
bench
McCovey
Yates
Carter
Bell
PedroiaThe only million dollar cards should be Mays and Chipper.
-
Funny thing about your list. They weren't million dollar cards until the 11th inning, except McCovey.
All were obtainable unless you didn't have the coin at the time. McCovey and Bell were free when released as well.
-
I got Donaldson for like 600k, pujols the same
-

I'm sure they were all available for cheaper at some time. Card values go up and down. My point is cards like these should not be million stub cards.

I'm pretty sure if SDS actually planned to have a large number of million stub cards, they would at least be cards people would be tempted to spend real money on. You know, like Babe Ruth, who they literally gave away for free. No one is going to spend actual money in January to get stubs to buy Christy Mathewson, who was a quick sell value card in 19.
This situation occurred because of a lack of adequate planning.

HAHA I just came back to see if my Chipper order from November went through and it still hasnt

Yeah, I don't think SDS planned to have months-long wait times on cards, no one is going to buy stubs in order to buy a player they have to wait that long for, even if it was players like Babe Ruth

You could have used Mathews last year, it's the same one as that last year event reward from 19. In a way Feller was the same but obviously no outlier last year

No. I don't buy lack of planning as an excuse. SDS is smart. They have made this game for what 15years? They know EXACTLY what they're doing.

I mean...
- who cares?
- I'm sure if things were the other way around and stubs were insanely hard to come by there would be way more complaints

rarity is a good thing in this game
if you want a card that is hard to get - earn it or wait in line bucko

rarity is good. but a million stubs for Gary Carter? yall are suckerss.
-
What else are you going to spend your stubs on at this point? I personally would prefer to spend 1 million stubs on one of the few players I still don't have then blow it on packs but that's just me.
That being said I got Yates for 90k, Bellinger for 700K, Gossage for 500k, Williams for 600k, Matthews for 450k, Pujols for 650k and Sale for 700k and all of them have been worth it for me. Plus the only one I've spent 1 Million on was Donaldson and I've loved his card this year since I got it (Hasn't left my lineup) And Sale helped me finally get The Babe.
-
I have buy orders in on Henderson, Williams and christy..these were more a choice on wait times, I have mays, sale and Donaldson and have already tried pujols and sold him, I truly wanna try Williams. Other than that there isn’t too many I care about..Wagner probably the only one

For real. I suck online but after taking nearly 2 months off I came back and did all the 11th inning conquests, RIB, 30 team conquests and advanced all 30 team affinity's to 100, I've loaded up on stubs from the free packs and finest packs. Less than 25% through the final stage I had every single card those packs offered so I sold them all.
I sitting on 3.5 million stubs now (with a 1M buy order for Chipper 2 weeks and counting) and just collecting as many cards as I can. Not like the stubs can carry over.
