Ground Rule Double- Add this to your 21 fix, SDS

I haven’t seen this mentioned much but I hate how when the RNG decides it will be a ground rule double they freeze your OF reaction for 1/2 second so there is no way you can get to the ball ( regardless of the OF reaction rating) so the ball can land and bounce the fence....a huge portion of these are easily catchable with a good OF if they give normal reaction....... I know the second it is hit and I see that freeze what the outcome will be...
Had it 3x in last event ( Fenway is notorious in RF)

Between that and the number of times a ball has hit a base....
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this in a live game and I feel like it happens every now and then in this game.
