Cant Quick Sell - Item in Use message?

I have triple checked and cannot seem to quick sell Muncy or Boyd. They are not on any DD team, why do I keep getting this message when trying to sell? Any ideas to free up 10K in stubs? Thanks in advance.

I find it hard to believe that a guy with over 400 posts this year doesn't know what he's doing. He must be trolling, which means he won't care if people find it annoying.
